**Job Title:** Warehouse Keeper
**Department:** Warehousing
**Reports to:** Warehouse Manager
**Job Objective:**
To organize and manage warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient storage of goods.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Receiving Goods:**
Verify quantities and quality and record data.
2. **Storing Goods:**
Organize items to facilitate access and ensure storage standards.
3. **Inventory Management:**
Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic counts.
4. **Order Preparation:**
Accurately prepare orders before shipping.
5. **Coordination with Departments:**
Collaborate with sales and purchasing to meet needs.
6. **Safety:**
Adhere to safety procedures in the warehouse.
7. **Team Management:**
Guide and train new employees.
**Qualifications:**
University degree or equivalent, experience in warehousing, organizational and managerial skills.
**Personal Skills:**
Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
**Work Environment:**
Working in a warehouse requires movement and lifting in various environments.
